Job Vacancy Procurement Engineer PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk

Procurement Engineer

Location: Head Office Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for project requirements.
• Handle the end-to-end tender process, from RFQ/RFP preparation to vendor selection.
• Prepare procurement documents, including RFI, RFQ, RFP, PO, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve the best value.
• Coordinate with Project, Site, and Engineering teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with project schedules, budgets, and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of Procurement experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tendering, BOQ, RAB, and construction materials.
• Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in relevant civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, ETABS, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
