UCoal Resources are looking for exceptional professionals to take on high-impact roles within our operations:

1. Humas Officer

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate community engagement activities to support smooth mining operations.
• Manage community issues and facilitate effective conflict resolution.
• Monitor public concerns and recommend stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a safe and conducive operational environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Law, Social & Political Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Community Relations, External Relations, or Public Relations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience engaging with local communities and government authorities is preferred.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and willing to work in a site-based environment.

2. Geotech Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize long-term slope design strategies to ensure safe and sustainable mining operations.
• Provide geotechnical recommendations for optimization, slope stability, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct geotechnical analysis, monitoring, and groundwater/drainage management.
• Ensure operational safety and compliance with LOM planning and mining regulations.
• Prepare geotechnical assessments and technical reports for operational and regulatory purposes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Geological/Mining Engineering with Geotechnical specialization.
• 7-10 years of experience in mining geotechnical engineering, preferably at Superintendent level.
• Proficient in Slide2, RS2, RocFall, ArcGIS/Mapper, AutoCAD, and Minescape.
• Strong expertise in slope stability, geotechnical modeling, and mining risk management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and safety-oriented mindset.
