Manager QAQC

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Designing, evaluating, and updating SOP related to geological sampling processes, grade control, stockpile management, as well as laboratory preparation and analysis procedures. Ensuring the implementation of grade mapping (grade block/ore getting) in the pit runs accurately to prevent dilution of nickel grades during the mining process.
• Monitoring and controlling stockpile management to ensure the final product meets sales contract specifications, and leading the grade data reconciliation process between the production team, internal laboratory, and surveyor.
• Overseeing the performance of the internal site laboratory, ensuring regular calibration of measuring instruments (such as XRF), and maintaining the condition of the sample preparation process to guarantee the validity of assay results.
• Responsible for nickel quality control during the Barfing/shipping process.
• Leading, mentoring, and improving the competence of the QAQC team in the field, as well as ensuring all work activities comply with applicable mining K3LH (OHS & Environment) principles.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a QAQC Managerial position within the mining industry.
• Possessing certification related to ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 is an added value.
• Placement: Kab. Konawe Utara, Prov. Sulawesi Tenggara.
