Tax Officer

Location: Head Office Jakarta - Jakarta Selatan

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and ensure all company tax activities, including VAT and Income Tax Articles 21, 23, 25, 26, Article 4(2), Article 15, and others, are carried out accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare fiscal reconciliation, monthly tax returns (SPT Masa), and annual tax returns (SPT Tahunan), include ensure all tax payments are made before the applicable deadlines.
• Monitor, analyze, and stay updated on the latest tax regulations, and provide recommendations regarding their potential impact on company operations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all supporting transaction documents (tax invoices, withholding tax slips, etc.) are complete, accurate, and valid for audit and reporting purposes.
• Support tax audit processes, including tax examinations, objections, and appeals, by preparing and providing the necessary data and documentation for tax authorities.

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Tax / Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation.
• Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
• Highly integrity, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding and up-to-date knowledge of tax standards, laws, and regulations.
• Experienced in using the Coretax application.
