Site Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in geothermal development projects.
• Experienced in supervising earthwork and building construction activities.
• Able to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
• Strong commitment to maintaining productivity, quality, and HSE performance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a Geotechnical Engineering background.
• Valid SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja).
• Holds POP (First Level Operational Supervisor) or POM (Middle Operational Supervisor) certification.
