Job Vacancy Offshore Procurement Admin PT Rotating Offshore Solutions-Batam

PT. Rotating Offshore Solutions-Batam is looking for candidate with below detail position:

 

Procurement Admin

Main Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Procurement team in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procurement documents, including the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
  2. Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring all vendor records and supporting documentation are accurate and well organized.
  3. Handle administrative correspondence and coordinate with vendors regarding procurement-related documentation.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission and completion of procurement documents.
  5. Prepare and maintain procurement reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of procurement activities.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any relevant field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Procurement Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  3. Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy data entry
  5. Good command of both written and spoken English.
