PT. Rotating Offshore Solutions-Batam is looking for candidate with below detail position:
Procurement Admin
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Procurement team in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procurement documents, including the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
- Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring all vendor records and supporting documentation are accurate and well organized.
- Handle administrative correspondence and coordinate with vendors regarding procurement-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission and completion of procurement documents.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of procurement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Procurement Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy data entry
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
