Foreman Quality, System & Compliance

​

Requirement:

• Min Diploma's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Min. 2 years experience as a QHSE, preferably in MINING industry
• Certified in QHSE training such as AK3, ISMKP, ASMKP, POP
• Hands-on experience in handling emergency situation and conducting accident investigation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide direction and safety training to all employees.
• Capable of monitoring and evaluating HSE programs at site effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Available to join immediately or on short notice
• Willing to work on a roster schedule at Matarape, Central Sulawesi or Konawe Utara, Southeast Sulawesi site

Job Description:

• Conduct regular inspection to ensure all mining operation comply with QHSE standards
• Investigate workplace incidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive action
• Provide education and training about QHSE program including safety procedures, APD usage and emergency response
• Prepare weekly work plan for QHSE mining safety programs

Foreman Environment

​

Requirement:

• Min Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience as an Environmental Foreman in nickel mining industry
• Certified in POP, General Occupational HSE, ISO 14001 & AMDAL
• Experienced in monitoring environmental and inspection work areas, managing hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous (Non B3) also ensuring company compliance with enviro regulation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide direction and safety training to all employees.
• Discipline and detail oriented person
• Available to join immediately or on short notice
• Willing to work on a roster schedule at Tapunopaka, Konawe Utara site

Job Description:

• Manage hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste, develop and implement programs in accordance with the Mining Environmental Management System
• Conduct monitoring and inspection to ensure site facilities comply with environmental regulations
• Coordination with other departments about environmental issues
• Prepare environmental reports (weekly and monthly)
