PT. Trans Logistik Perkasa (member of Daaz Group) is currently open for Crewing Officer to be assigned to our Head Office in South Jakarta.

CREWING OFFICER

Requirements:

• Min. D3 in Shipping Management or related field
• Min. 2 years experience in Shipping/Maritime Industry
• Experienced in crew recruitment & administration
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and problem solver
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good English (written & spoken)
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (Head Office)

Job Descriptions:

• Plan and fulfill vessel crew requirements
• Handle crew sign on & sign off process
• Ensure validity of crew documents (Seaman Book, MCU, certificates, etc.)
• Manage crew administration & rotation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. Syahbandar/KSOP)
• Arrange crew leave schedules
• Monitor crew attendance and performance
