Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, review, and evaluate coal downstream projects, including: feasibility studies, technical and economic assessments, project risk analysis, and the development of business cases and downstream development roadmaps.
• Monitor the progress of coal downstream projects to ensure they align with the company's cost, quality, timeline, and objective targets.
• Coordinate the technical and commercial due diligence process for potential partners, technologies, and coal downstream business development opportunities.
• Prepare project progress reports, management presentations, and evaluation materials for the Board of Directors and relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends related to coal downstream products, such as: coal upgrading, gasification, coal-to-methanol/DME, carbon products, and other coal-derived energy sources.
• Identify business development and diversification opportunities based on downstream processing to increase the company's value added.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical, Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in the industry, specifically in coal mining, coal processing/downstream operations, and plant processing/coal upgrading.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Leader, or Foreman.
• Familiar with operations involving crushing, screening, blending, stockpile management, and advanced processing (coal upgrading/DMO support).
• Understands engineering project concepts and coal downstream processing technologies.
• Understands downstream processing and process flow systems (process flow and material balance).
• Understands technical drawings (PFD, simple P&IDs).
• Has experience or knowledge related to gasification, DME, or coal upgrading projects

Section Head Hauling Operation

​

(Supervisory Level) / Site Office - Meulaboh, Aceh - Roster 6:2

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all coal hauling activities from pit to ROM, stockpile, port, and disposal areas in accordance with the company's production targets.
• Develop hauling operational strategies to ensure optimal productivity, operational efficiency, achievement of production targets, and control of hauling operational costs.
• Ensure the implementation of HSE standards, fatigue management, and compliance with mining operational SOPs.
• Coordinate hauling road management, including road conditions, drainage, road maintenance, safety signage, and traffic management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hauling productivity and reduce operational costs
• Support management in preparing budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning for hauling activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology.
• Having 5 years of experience at the coordinator level or 3 years at the section head level in the mining industry and willing to work in shift hours
• Understand fleet management and mining logistics.
• Familiar with mining operations activities such as OB Removal, Coal Getting, Coal Crushing, and Coal Hauling.
• Posses POP certification.
• Strong skills in cost control & efficiency, problem solving, leadership, planning, coordination.
• Understand Mining Safety standards.
• Understand heavy equipment productivity management and hauling efficiency.
