PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle battery. We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:
Recruitment Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Law.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proficient in conducting interviews using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) or Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) methodology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in administering and interpreting psychological assessment tools.
- Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.
Key Roles:
- Collect and verify Employee Request Forms (ERF) from users to ensure manpower requirements are complete and aligned with the organizational structure.
- Publish job vacancies through relevant recruitment channels and receive applications from prospective candidates.
- Conduct initial screening of applications based on job requirements and user qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate recruitment assessments, interviews, and selection processes with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment data and hiring status reports, providing timely updates to supervisors and hiring managers to ensure recruitment SLA compliance.
Recruitment Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Law.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proficient in conducting interviews using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) or Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) methodology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in administering and interpreting psychological assessment tools.
- Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.
Key Roles:
- Identify hiring requirements with users to ensure the recruitment process targets candidates who meet business needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates within the established timeline.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and joining processes to ensure timely placement into vacant positions.
- Analyze workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower needs.
- Ensure Employee Request Form (ERF) documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with the approved organizational structure.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders and management.
