IT Specialist - Hardware

Job Requirement:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Min 5 years experiences in IT Support, Hardware, or Helpdesk role.
• Familiar with Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, network devices.
