Officer TPC Management

Job Roles:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Third Party Contract (TPC) manpower, including onboarding, deployment, vendor coordination, compliance, and payment administration, while serving as the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end TPC manpower administration, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure manpower readiness, compliance, and HSSE requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance, contracts, and workforce documentation in line with company policies.
• Support budgeting, invoice verification, payment processing, and manpower reporting.
