Lowongan Kerja Mechanical Modular Crusher Maintenance Engineer Merdeka Group di Pani Gold Mine

Merdeka Group is hiring a passionate applicant to join our team as:

Mechanical Modular Crusher Maintenance Engineer (FPM-MCME)

Placement: Pani Gold Mine Site, Gorontalo

Responsibilities:

• Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives.
• Plan and supervise all mechanical maintenance activities for the Modular Crusher facilities.
• Monitor the condition and performance of key equipment, including crushers, conveyors, vibrating screens, feeders, chutes, hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, and rotating equipment.
• Prepare maintenance work scopes, spare parts requirements, manpower allocation, materials, and support equipment for shutdown and routine maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support to Supervisors and Foreman in troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and maintenance execution.
• Maintain accurate maintenance document, equipment history, work backlog, and reports using CMMS or ERP systems.
• Support the commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and handover of Modular Crusher equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or similar role within the mining, mineral processing, or construction industries.
• Proven experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Modular Crusher Plants.
• Experience in shutdown planning, commissioning, plant start-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using ERP/CMMS systems such as Pronto, SAP, or equivalent maintenance management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to be assigned to the Pani Gold Mine site location with a scheduled and working hours determined by the company.
