Lowongan Kerja Routine Maintenance Planner Merdeka Group di Pani Gold Mine, Gorontalo

Merdeka Group is hiring a passionate applicant to join our team as:

Routine Maintenance Planner (FPM-RMP)

Placement: Pani Gold Mine Site, Gorontalo

Responsibilities:

• Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives.
• Develop, plan, and schedule all routine preventive maintenance activities in accordance with established maintenance strategies and service intervals.
• Review maintenance work orders, define job scope, and ensure the availability of manpower, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment prior to execution.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Supervisors, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure maintenance readiness and schedule compliance.
• Ensure all maintenance work orders are accurately updated and closed in the CMMS or ERP system.
• Prepare routine reports on maintenance activities, KPIs, backlog status, schedule compliance, and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Scheduler, or a similar role within the mining, mineral processing, or heavy industry.
• Proficient in using CMMS, ERP, or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned to the Pani Gold Mine site location with a scheduled and working hours determined by the company.
