Lowongan Kerja Perikanan (Tambak Udang) Berbagai Posisi PT Mitradelta Bahari Pratama di Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat

PT Mitradelta Bahari Pratama, a subsidiary of MBAP in shrimp farming, is hiring local talents for the following positions:

 

Laboratory Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic water quality monitoring at least twice daily, including pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), water level, water color, temperature, and other relevant parameters.
• Perform chemical water quality analysis at least once a week, including TOM, alkalinity, plankton analysis, and other related indicators.
• Inspect shrimp post-larvae (PL) quality and prepare quality test reports prior to stocking activities in the culture ponds.
• Assist in weighing and preparing medications to be distributed and applied in aquaculture ponds.
• Record and monitor the availability and stock of laboratory equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Chemistry, Biology, Marine Science, Fisheries, or a related field.
• Possess strong knowledge of shrimp biology, plankton dynamics, shrimp farming management, as well as plankton culture and other microorganism cultivation methods.
• Proficient in data analysis and report preparation using Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to reside on-site at the shrimp farm location throughout the cultivation period in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

 

 

Shrimp Farming Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily aquaculture operations in compliance with the company's shrimp farming Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all equipment, materials, and farming facilities are properly maintained and meet operational standards throughout the production cycle.
• Collaborate with the Laboratory team to monitor water quality, disease management, and ensure timely and accurate operational data collection.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all shrimp farming treatments, including feed application, feed additives, chemical usage, dosage, application frequency, and other culture management activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-6 shrimp farming production cycles of hands-on experience in shrimp aquaculture.
• Strong understanding of shrimp farming best practices and the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to be based and reside at the shrimp farm site in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, throughout the production cycle.

 

 

General Affair

Responsibilities:

• Identify and coordinate General Affairs (GA) administrative and operational requirements, including permits and documentation related to company vehicles, employee accommodation, canteen, and other supporting facilities.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) for General Affairs operational needs in accordance with company procedures.
• Record, monitor, and report the utilization of fuel for operational vehicles, including drivers' operational activities, on a regular basis.
• Coordinate and arrange business travel bookings, including flight tickets and other travel-related requirements for employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or Hospitality Operations.
• Experience in hospitality operations, including accommodation management, facility services, or support services management, will be considered an advantage.
• Willing to be based at the company site in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, under a site-based working arrangement.

 

 

Mechanical Electrical

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all farm equipment such as paddlewheels, generators, intake pumps, and HCP pumps operate properly.
• Perform maintenance on farm equipment including paddlewheel gearboxes, intake pumps, HCP pumps, generators, Sanyo pumps, freshwater pumps, and others.
• Comply with all Health & Safety procedures, and report any unsafe or unhealthy actions/conditions to supervisors or relevant parties.
• Prepare and update the recap of required farm equipment/machinery as well as those needing repair.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work, preferably in aquaculture operations.
• Skilled in electrical systems, water pumps, and plumbing. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Proficient in using electrical measuring tools (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.).
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS).
• Willing to reside at the shrimp farm site during the cultivation period in Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB).
