We are now currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following roles for our project located in Bakan, North Sulawesi.

Superintendent - Government Relation & Permitting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with government authorities, legislators, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders to support business operations and corporate governance.
• Manage and ensure compliance with all applicable licensing, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company in engagements with government institutions and relevant authorities concerning operational, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of statutory reports by working closely with relevant internal departments.
• Identify potential regulatory risks and challenges, develop mitigation plans, and drive solutions to support business continuity.
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational objectives.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal policies, procedures, and control systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in External Relations within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and licensing requirements, including Mining Law, PPKH, Feasibility Study (FS), AMDAL, and RKAB.
• Proficient in OSS, MODI, MOMS, E-RKAB, and SIPUHH systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, government relations, and licensing compliance skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate regulatory challenges, assess risks, and develop practical business-oriented solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
