HSE System Administrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE System Administrator to join our team in Banyuwangi, Indonesia. This position is responsible for the completeness and compliance of HSE department documentation management, as well as actively supporting and setting an example in implementing occupational safety within the company environment.

Responsibilities:

• Organize HSE documentation to ensure well-managed, efficient, and retrievable records.
• Manage and input HSE program outcomes (inspection results, hazard reports, Take on 8 Pre-Job, SMSI) into databases or MSafe.
• Perform trend analysis based on all HSE program outcomes.
• Compile and organize relevant data required for monthly HSE reporting.
• Maintain updated documentation and ensure easy stakeholder access to facilitate safety, trend, and performance analysis across departments.
• Facilitate and deliver safety inductions for visitors and new employees.
• Coordinate internal and external HSE matters with relevant parties for Merdeka Mining Servis.
• Compile regular program data and client-specified monthly KPIs.
• Input monthly KPI data and documentation from the parent company (MCG) and submit proof of implementation to the HSE Supervisor.
• Lead industrial hygiene implementation and monitoring in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Design digital safety campaigns.

Qualification:

• Diploma Degree (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3L), Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or Public Health.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE or a related field.
• Sound understanding of occupational health and safety standards, including SMK3, SMKP, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Proficient communication and public speaking skills in both Indonesian and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced computer literacy, specifically in Ms. Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
• Skilled in digital graphic design (creative poster creation, PPT templates, etc.).
• Able to comply with all Safety regulations of PT. MMS.
