Senior Business Development Manager (Kalimantan)
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth across EPC, O&M, and pipeline maintenance services in Kalimantan.
- Leverage (Activate) existing client relationships to unlock qualified opportunities.
- Map the regional market to identify underserved high-value accounts and position TITIAN as the preferred partner.
- Lead the full deal cycle: prospecting, technical-commercial scoping, tender strategy, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and defend a healthy, forecastable pipeline; report progress, win/loss, and market intelligence to the BD Director.
- Strengthen TITIAN's brand presence across Kalimantan's energy and industrial sectors.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in business development, sales, or commercial roles within EPC, O&M, pipeline/integrity, oilfield services, or related industries.
- Strong active network in Kalimantan with operators, asset owners, or major contractors.
- Proven track record of winning and growing contracts.
- Solid technical understanding of EPC scopes, O&M, and pipeline maintenance.
- Experience handling industrial/energy tenders and proposals in Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of Kalimantan's market landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, professional English is a plus.
