HR REPRESENTATIVE (MATERNITY LEAVE)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Domiciled in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
- Proven work experience as an HR in the oil & gas industry for a minimum of 2 years.
- Have experience as a General Affairs.
- Have knowledge related Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits.
- Have experience in managing databases and reports.
- A team player with problem solving and good communication skills.
- Proficient in Ms Office and email.
- Good command in English.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Assist Project Managers with human resources planning and staff allocation. Handle personnel affairs by liaising directly with them.
- Monitor personnel mob/demob, utilization, workload, and overtime hours as per contract requirements.
- Assist with HR processes in Jakarta office, such as payroll administration, compensation and benefit plans, contract preparations, and training.
- Document processes and maintain personnel databases and records.
- Carry out the end-to-end recruitment process as requested by clients.
- Liaise with local authority and/or local Disnaker office for any compliance matters.
Details:
- Contract Duration: 3 months (temporary position - maternity leave replacement).
- Location: Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
- Working arrangement: Full WFO.
