LOGISTIC SUPERINTENDENT

Placement: Site Based

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as procurement, transportation, Surveyor, Insurance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the Mobilize HV. Equipment and Materials.
• Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management.
• Comply with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures. Coordinates activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company functions.
• Track shipments from issuance of Purchase Order to delivery to destination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Any Major
• Min. 7 years working experiences in dealing with Logistics
• Understanding knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management, national Project Supply Chain, PTK007 and international import/ export legislation.
• Awareness of ERP system [e.g. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards] would be an advantage
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
