Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree from any major (preferable Management, Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering) with 1 - 4 years of experience.
• Willing to learn and grow in HR field, organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to work individually and in a team.
• Site placement at West Kutai.

Job Description:

• Support employee administration and documentation.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support daily HR operations.
• Help organize training and company events.
