HR & ADMIN SITE REPRESENTATIVE

 

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Work Placement: Sumatera Selatan and Surabaya
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
  • Proven work experience as an HR for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Have experience as a General Affairs.
  • Have knowledge related Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits
  • Have experience in managing databases and reports.
  • A team player with problem solving and good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Ms Office and email.
  • Good command in English.

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Assist Project Managers with human resources planning and staff allocation.
  • Handle personnel affairs by liaising directly with them.
  • Monitor personnel mob/demob, utilization, workload, and overtime hours as per contract requirements.
  • Assist with HR processes in Jakarta office, such as payroll administration, compensation and benefit plans, contract preparations, and training.
  • Document processes and maintain personnel databases and records.
  • Carry out the end-to-end recruitment process as requested by clients.
  • Liaise with local authority and/or local Dismaker office for any compliance matters.
  • Administrative support for invoicing process and liase with Finance team in HO
  • Become the first point contact for any issue from client and or personnel
