We are looking for a sharp, bilingual professional to bridge the gap between our high-quality Chinese suppliers and the Indonesian market (HORECA, Modern Trade, and General Trade).

Business Development & Operations Associate

Treasury Tower, District 8 SCBD, South Jakarta

​

 

​Core Responsibilities: ​

• Strategic Supply Chain & Operations: Manage communications with Chinese suppliers via WeChat/Whatsapp/Email. Translate technical product specs and shipping documents. Maintain flawless records of inventory, sales orders, and logistics using MS Excel and Office suites. Ensure the end-to-end flow from import documentation to local delivery is organized and on schedule.
• Market Expansion & Partnerships: Identify and pitch our frozen food portfolio to hotels, restaurants, cafes (HORECA), and retail chains. Stay updated on frozen food trends to help refine our product.

​Who You Are: ​

• Language Elite: You speak, read, and write Mandarin with high proficiency. You can easily navigate business discussions with Chinese counterparts.
• MS Office Pro: You don't just "use" Excel; you are organized and comfortable managing data and reports.
• Effective Communicator: You are confident, persuasive, and professional.
• Detail-Oriented: You believe that "small details" (like a typo in an invoice) matter.
• Education: Open to entry-level candidates/fresh graduates with a strong drive to excel in the F&B import industry.
