PT HLI Green Power is currently looking for a Factory Automation Technician to join our team in Karawang. We are seeking dedicated individuals to ensure the optimal performance of our facility equipment.

​

 

​

Factory Automation Technician

Work Place: Karawang

​

 

​Qualification: ​

• Min. High school or diploma degree major in electrical/mechanical/mechatronic.
• Minimum 2 years experience on production equipment especially logistic automation equipment (not utility equipment).
• Good knowledge and experience on Conveyor, Stocker, AGV.
• Have knowledge and experience handling mechanical/electrical problem on equipment and pneumatic systems.
• Good basic knowledge of PLC.
• Able to work at height (12 meters).

​Job Description: ​

• Monitor facility equipment status and ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to and address any equipment breakdowns (Breakdown Management).
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to improve efficiency and reliability of production systems.
• Perform improvements and enhancements on equipment systems.
• Provide troubleshooting and reporting support.
