Key Account Officer

Batam, Riau Islands

​

 

​Key Account Officer: ​

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key customers.
• Act as the primary contact for commercial matters (pricing, contracts, service issues).
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints effectively.
• Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Support preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, HSE) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor contract implementation and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Identify potential new clients and business opportunities within assigned sector.
• Support tender processes and commercial negotiations.
• Assist in preparing presentations and business proposals.
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, correspondence, and customer data & Update CRM/database and ensure accuracy of customer information.
