Travel & Formalities Officer

Mining Company

​

 

​Qualifications: ​

• Minimal D3, D4, or S1 from any major.
• Minimal 3 years experience in similar position especially in mining company.
• Customer Oriented and good communication & interpersonal skill.
• Able to make travel arrangement (domestic and international).
• Having experience in formalities matter (expatriate documentaries).
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

​

 

​Job Descriptions: ​

• Ensuring the smoothness of travel by managing flight tickets, accommodation, and land/sea transportation to support the company's operations.
• Managing invoices for transactions made with third parties (invoicing).
• Management of work permits for foreign workers.
• Managing tracking refund.

​
