Senior Underground Project Engineer

Poboya Project - PT Citra Palu Minerals

​Job Overview: ​

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing underground mining projects to ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery in line with operational and business objectives.

​

 

​Requirements: ​

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Instrument, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in underground mining or project engineering, with a proven track record in mine development or heavy infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of underground electrical and infrastructure methods, underground plant facility operation and maintenance, development activities, and project execution.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, including contractor management.
• Proficient in infrastructure or electrical software.
• Familiarity with project control principles (cost, schedule, and progress tracking).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teams.
• Strong commitment to HSE standards and regulatory compliance.
• Willing to be based at site and work in a dynamic project environment.
• Willing to be assigned at Poboya Project - PT Citra Palu Minerals and to travel to any operational areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk & Group.

Senior Cost Controller

Poboya Project - PT Citra Palu Minerals

​Job Overview: ​

Responsible for managing and monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets and financial targets. This role supports project planning and execution by providing accurate cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting, enabling effective decision-making.

​

 

​Requirements: ​

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost control or project control within gold, copper, or similar mining operations; underground mining experience is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project cost cost control principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling).
• Strong skills in cost analysis and variance analysis, as well as budget monitoring and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of financial and operational mining activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify cost gaps, and provide actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willing to be assigned at Poboya Project - PT Citra Palu Minerals and to travel to any operational areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk & Group.
