PT Sumitomo Wiring Systems Batam Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in automotive wiring harness production and part of the global Sumitomo Group. We are looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Senior Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Batam, Indonesia

​

 

​Key Responsibilities ​

• Review and control daily finance and accounting transactions and reports.
• Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payment, and reconciliation processes.
• Handle and review tax calculation and reporting (PPh 21, 23, 25, 4 (2), and related taxes).
• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and external parties as required.
• Provide guidance, review, and supervision for junior finance and accounting staff.

​Requirements ​

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Economics, or Financial Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including taxation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
• Experienced in operating finance/accounting systems or ERP.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and attention to detail.
• Understanding Inventory Management and Fixed Asset.
