Reward Assistant Manager

​Key Responsibilities: ​

• Develop and implement a reward strategy that supports the company's business objectives and values.
• Design and manage the company's total compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages are competitive and in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure equity and consistency in compensation and benefits practices.
• Develop and maintain job evaluation and grading systems to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
• Manage the performance appraisal process and ensure that performance-based rewards are aligned with individual and company goals.
• Develop and implement employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation.
• Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement data to identify areas for improvement in the reward and recognition programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to continuously improve the company's reward strategy.
• Responsible for the preparation, analysis, and development of salary proposals, ensuring alignment with internal compensation structures and market competitiveness.

​Requirements: ​

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistic or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or natural resources industry.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing effective reward and recognition programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
• Proficient in English.
• Placement : Jakarta
