Material Handling Supervisor (CFSPP TIMOR-1)

​

Job Description :

​

• Assist Make improvements under the Operator Leader approval of the engines and their support equipment
• Assist in recording and observing material handling and Fly ash operation parameter data and reporting to superiors in case of equipment interruption
• Periodic monitoring of supporting equipment in the field
• Prepare the supporting data for the manufacturing of enginery operation report
• Coordination and cooperation with Unit controller regarding Coal Consumption and Coal supplier
• Provide maximum support in achieving production targets
• Responsible for Security, Safety, Health and Environment of work area

Job Requirements :

​

• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical /Chemical Engineering
• Have knowledge of Operation in Coal Fired Power Plant.
• Fluently both speaking and written in English
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience as Operator in Coal Fired Power Plant
• Willing to be place in our operational area, Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara

Unit Supervisor (CFSPP TIMOR-1)

​

Job Description :

​

• Assist Make improvements under the Operator Leader approval of the engines and their support equipment
• Assist in recording and observing engine operation parameter data and reporting to superiors in case of equipment interruption
• Periodic monitoring of supporting equipment in the field
• Prepare the supporting data for the manufacturing of enginery operation report
• Coordination and cooperation with PLN WRKR or PLN Dispatcher and gas supplier
• Provide maximum support in achieving production targets
• Responsible for Security, Safety, Health and Environment of work area

Requirements :

​

• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience as Operator in Coal Fired Power Plant
• Have knowledge of Operation in Coal Fired Power Plant.
• Fluently both speaking and written in English
• Willingness to relocate in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara

Human Resources Staff (CFSPP Sulut-1)

​

Job Description :

​

• Coordinate and control the overall HR Function and activities through the development and implementation in order to build organizational capability required, create a good working climate and as a strategic partner that will effectively and efficiently support company’s business operations excellence and growth.
• Maintain and monitor the implementation of HR activities including the development and administration of strategy, policies and procedures
• Provide support to all functions in the area of human resources such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, and industrial & employee relations,
• Monitor administration process related to HR in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency
• Prepare HR related cost budget and ensure the actual implementation in line with that budget
• Conduct employee performance appraisal every year

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in all major
• Have a good communication skill
• Fluently both speaking and written in English
• Fresh Graduate or inimum1 year’ experience in the same field.

Job Description :

​

• Implementing unscheduled maintenance
• Maintaining mechanical equipment and supporting equipment
• Responsible for Security, Safety, Health and Environment of work area.

Requirements:

​

• Bachelor / Diploma degree in Electrical/Physics Engineering
• Experience in the maintenance especially in Electrical System Power Plant
• Proficient in operating Microsoft office
• Fluently both speaking and written in English
• Have the skills and knowledge of Power Plant.
• Work Experiences preferably Minimum 1 (one) year experience as Technician at Power Plant or fresh graduate
• Willingness to relocate in North Sulawesi

Job Description :

​

• Take sampling of water, coal, limestone, waste water and gypsum to analyze and reporting the result to Chemist
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting the quality of plant process chemistry as designated by Chemist Leader
• Maintain chemical consumption records and issues in daily reports.
• Follow up the annual maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Maintain safety of workspace, tools and work methods

Requirements :

​

• Minimum Diploma Degree Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 1 years working experience as laboratory staff in power plant
• Be able to communicate clearly and concisely as well as working without supervision
• Proficient in English Language
• Willingness to relocate in North Sulawesi

​

• Assisting M & R Manager in making & implementing plan of activity Maintenance of power plant unit as well as good, especially maintenance and reliability of engine

Turbine & BOP Mechanical Supervisor (CFSPP Sulut-1)

Job Description :

• Making & implementing of Maintenance plan for Boiler and Material Handling as well as good, especially maintenance and reliability of engine
• Organizing a mechanical team in the event of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer
