SUPERVISOR PAYROLL & COMBEN

​

Qualification & Responsibilities:

​

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time (monthly/bi-weekly).
• Maintain and update payroll records including new hires, terminations, attendance, overtime, and salary adjustments.
• Calculate salaries, incentives, bonuses, deductions, tax, and social security contributions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, BPJS/social security, leave, etc.).
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Prepare payroll reports and HR compensation reports for management.
• Support annual salary review and bonus processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee data.
• Location: Kab. Konawe Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.
