Business Development Wind Energy

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new wind energy project opportunities across Indonesia.
• Lead project origination from early-stage (site identification, feasibility, stakeholder mapping) to investment-ready stage.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessment in renewable energy sector.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government institutions, IPPs, developers, investors, and lenders.
• Evaluate project feasibility (technical, financial, commercial, and risk aspects).
• Lead commercial negotiations (JV, MoU, SPA, PPA, cooperation agreements, etc.).
• Prepare investment proposals, business cases, and presentations for management and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal, project, corporate) to ensure project readiness.
• Monitor renewable energy regulations, policies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Energy, or related fields.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Business Development, Project Development, Investment / Strategy Renewable Energy (Wind, Hydro, Solar, or Power Sector).
• Strong understanding of renewable energy project lifecycle, project feasibility & financial modelling regulatory framework in Indonesian power sector.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and partnership building.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and able to work independently.
• Placement: Head Office, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

 

Engineer PV

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering design and technical planning for PV systems (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid).
• Conduct PV capacity calculations, inverter and battery sizing, and balance of system design.
• Prepare and review technical drawings including PV layout, SLD, grounding, and wiring diagrams.
• Conduct energy yield analysis and system optimization.
• Provide technical support during engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Review shop drawings, datasheets, and technical specifications.
• Supervise technical installation activities at project sites.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and performance verification of PV systems.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Prepare engineering reports, BOQ, as-built drawings, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, PLN Grid Code, and HSE requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Renewable Energy / Engineering Physics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as PV / Solar Engineer in utility-scale, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Experience in EPC, IPP, or renewable energy development is a plus.
• Strong expertise in on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid PV system design.
• Proficient in PV sizing, inverter selection, string configuration, and energy yield analysis.
• Advanced user of PVsyst and AutoCAD (Helioscope / SketchUp is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of IEC, IEEE, PLN Grid Code, and HSE standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites.
• Placement: Head Office, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
