Qualification:

Education Background minimum High School.

Having 5 years experiences in the same position, preferable has experience for drilling projects at Geothermal Industry.

Holding a valid certificate of IADC Well Control - supervisor level (no. 1, 2); Driller Level (no. 3, 4); Introductory Level (no.5).

Holding a valid BNSP Certificate of Ahli Pengendali Bor (No.1,2); Juru Bor (no. 3, 4); Pengawas K3 Migas (no.5); Juru Las 3 SMAW 6G Pipa (no.13).

Holding a valid Geothermal Pengawas Operasional Pertama (No. 1, 2, 14).

Strong understanding of drilling operations, equipment, and safety procedures.

Good communication, teamwork, problem solving and leadership skills.

High commitment to HSE standards, safety culture, and environmental protection.

Able to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.

Physically fit and able to work in remote project locations.

Willing to work on a rotation schedule and be stationed at project sites.
