Bahana Selaras Alam (BSA), Member of DAAZ, is looking for highly qualified professionals to join our mining operations in Central Sulawesi. If you are a dedicated leader with a strong background in mining, we invite you to apply for the following positions:

 

DEPT HEAD HSE

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of experience as a HSE Dept Head, preferably within the nickel mining industry.
• Certified in Amdal A, POM, K3, SMKP (mandatory).
• Proficient in developing, implementing and managing HSE procedures in mining operations.
• Hands-on experience in monitoring program and identifying training needs for employee related to HSE implementation.
• Good communication in English (both written or spoken).
• High discipline, able to lead team and coordinate with cross functional team.
• Willing to work on a roster at a Matarape, Central Sulawesi site.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.

Job Description:

• Capable of planning, monitoring, implementing, and facilitating continuous improvements in mining safety management in accordance with Company's Regulations.
• Responsible for developing and implementing Mining Safety and Environmental programs at site, monitoring their execution and identifying training to all employees about HSE program.
• Conduct routine inspections to assess job-related hazard and potential impact.
• Prepare HSE reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

 

PJO (PENANGGUNGJAWAB OPERASIONAL)

Requirement:

• Min Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a PJO in nickel mining operations, preferably in a mining contractor (mandatory).
• POM and Safety certifications are mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in leading >3 operational fleets and/or managing >300 employees.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations management, mine scheduling, project management, and mining software.
• Safety-oriented with strong leadership and good numerical skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed at Matarape, Central Sulawesi, and able to join immediately.

Job Description:

• Supervise and ensure all mining operations are carried out in accordance with SOPs and applicable mining regulations.
• Take full responsibility for production performance, occupational health & safety (HSE), and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare nickel production reports and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Manage and optimize operational efficiency, including fuel consumption, heavy equipment utilization, manpower, and operational costs.
• Perform supervisory duties in compliance with Ministerial Decree (Kepmen) No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018.
• Maintain good working relationships with management and landowners.
