MARKETING ENGINEER (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, including Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Manage customer projects and orders from initial discussion through delivery.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and related teams internally.
• Support technical discussions involving mechanical or electrical specifications, drawings, and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet customer commitments.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare customer documentation, project reports, and regular progress updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience as a Marketing Engineer, Project Engineer, Account Engineer, or similar customer-facing role in a manufacturing environment.
• Open to fresh graduates with strong eagerness, learning mindset, and passion for manufacturing.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory with minimum HSK 3; English proficiency is required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and basic mechanical/electrical concepts.
• Able to understand and communicate technical terms, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Placement: Cikarang, Jawa Barat (Full-time).
