We are expanding our team! PT Adaro Logistics is on the lookout for passionate and talented professionals to join us and make a real impact. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

 

1. Finance & Accounting Staff (Jakarta)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to perform all finance, accounting & tax activities in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures within the company.
• Carry out payment activities and corporate bank receipts in accordance with SOPs.
• Keeping records and financial reports as well as monitoring the availability of company funds.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or related position.
• Have an excellent administrative, attention to detail, & communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP).
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

 

2. Finance & Accounting Supervisor (Jakarta)

Job Description:

• Supervise and ensure finance, accounting, and tax activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Review and control payment transactions, bank activities, and cash flow availability.
• Oversee financial recording, reporting, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and coordinate the finance team and related internal/external parties.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance & accounting, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SAP) with good leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
