PT Opac Barata is looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join our operations in the vegetable oil and biofuel industry. We invite you to apply for the following positions:

 

QA/QC COORDINATOR

Job Descriptions:

• Overseeing samples collection, analysis of product to determine quality compliance and retention of samples.
• Ensure proper checking and recording of quality parameters at critical control points.
• Ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality set by the company.
• Prepares reports, compiles and maintains records on product quality status and inspections.
• Plans and lead audits on the tolling service providers operations.

Requirements:

• BSc/Diploma in Analytical Chemistry, Process/Chemical Engineering, or relevant field.
• 5 years experience in the vegetable oil or biofuel industry operations with QA/QC responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of Vegetable Oil Extraction technical Standard ISO, TQM, and Quality systems.
• Good knowledge of national legislation applicable to biofuel and vegetable oil sector.
• Good Knowledge of English Language (written and spoken).
• Location: Riau (Full WFO).

 

CERTIFICATION EXPERT

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate suppliers compliance to ISCC certification requirements.
• Train and inform staff on the sustainability tools adopted by the organization.
• Keep an up-to-date product inventory (mass balance) of certified products.
• Regularly update documents and procedures in the Sustainability Management System.
• Organizes and manages the audits required for certification (ISCC).

Requirements:

• Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role (Sustainability/Quality Management/ISO).
• Experience in agricultural and agroforestry development projects.
• Knowledge of contract farming mechanisms and/or agro-industrial initiatives.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Location: Jakarta (Full WFO).

 

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies, and processes (SoW, BoQ).
• Deliver solutions to logistics problems within budgetary requirements.
• Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure system records agreement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• 10 years of experience in logistics management in a manufacturing/supply chain environment.
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships within the logistics process.
• Location: Riau (Full WFO).
