Lowongan Kerja Nikel PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral ERT Rescuers dan ERT Foreman

PT SULAWESI CAHAYA MINERAL (MERDEKA BATTERY MATERIALS)

PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining. We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:

 

ERT Rescuers

Key Roles:

• Respond to emergency situations at the site, including fire, medical emergencies, rescue, evacuation, and hazardous incidents.
• Conduct rescue operations safely and in accordance with emergency response procedures.
• Assist in first aid and initial emergency medical response before professional medical support arrives.
• Participate in emergency drills, simulations, and ERT training programs.
• Inspect and maintain emergency response equipment to ensure readiness.
• Report incidents and support post-incident investigations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, or related field.
• Certified ERT / Emergency Response / Fire Fighting / First Aid (Basic Life Support).
• Experience in mining, oil & gas, construction, or industrial sites is an advantage.
• Physically fit and mentally prepared to work under emergency conditions.
• Able to work in shifts and on-call.
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

 

ERT Foreman

Key Roles:

• Lead and coordinate Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities during emergencies.
• Ensure emergency response procedures are implemented effectively at the site.
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate emergency drills and simulations.
• Supervise ERT members and ensure competency, discipline, and readiness.
• Coordinate with Safety, Medical, Security, and external emergency services.
• Review incident reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure emergency equipment and facilities are inspected, maintained, and available.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Certified Emergency Response/ Fire Fighting/ Incident Command System (ICS).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in emergency response, preferably in mining or industrial operations.
• Leadership experience as ERT leader/foreman is required.
• Strong decision-making and crisis management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.
