Human Resources Solutions saat ini sedang mencari tenaga profesional muda yang berdedikasi untuk mengisi posisi sebagai berikut:

Junior Quality Assurance (QA)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct work process or operational audits to ensure all activities are performed in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• Prepare inspection, audit, and quality findings reports accurately and clearly.
• Follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions with related departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with other teams to maintain and improve overall quality performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance and audit processes.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with quality standards such as ISO 9001.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
