PT Mitra Jaya Rezeki is looking for experienced professionals to join our team. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the following position for our operations in Central Kalimantan:

 

Procurement & Logistics Foreman

Job Purpose:

• Lead site procurement & logistics: plan demand, run sourcing, manage POs, vendors, inventory & transport. Ensure SOP/ISO compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement and logistics for site operations: plan demand, run RFQ/RFPs, negotiate and issue POs.
• Coordinate delivery and transport; track inventory (warehouse, fuel, oil, tyres) with FIFO and accurate stock levels.
• Manage vendors, costs, and lead times; resolve delivery issues.
• Keep documents compliant with SOP/ISO.
• Report KPIs and guide the team on safety and 5S.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Engineering or Management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Warehouse Foreman.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations, fuel, oil, and tyres/tires.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory control.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Placement: Site Central Kalimantan (Kalteng).

Skills Needed:

• Negotiation and communication skills to deal effectively with suppliers.
• Analytical skills for evaluating inventory levels and supplier performance.
• Knowledge of procurement and inventory management systems (ERP experience is a plus).
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and inventory records.
