We are now currently looking for qualified candidates for our project in Bakan, North Sulawesi.

LEAD - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and oversee IT operations supporting mining site activities.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business and operational needs.
• Manage IT infrastructure, applications (ERP), networks, and information security.
• Ensure system reliability, data security, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and manage IT vendors and budgets.
• Identify technology risks and drive continuous system improvements.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, databases, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with ERP and operational support systems (mining industry experience is a plus).
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• IT certifications (ITIL, CCNA, PMP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
