PT Bahana Selaras Alam (Daaz Group) is always on the lookout for talented professionals to join our dynamic team. We are currently opening several positions for our nickel mining site in Matarape, Central Sulawesi.

 

Dept Head HSE

Job Description:

• Capable of planning, monitoring, implementing, and facilitating continuous improvements in mining safety management.
• Responsible for developing and implementing Mining Safety and Environmental programs at site.
• Conduct routine inspections to assess job-related hazard and potential impact.
• Prepare HSE reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of experience as a HSE Dept Head, preferably within the nickel mining industry.
• Certified in Amdal A, POM, K3, SMKP (mandatory).
• Proficient in developing, implementing and managing HSE procedures in mining operations.
• Willing to work on a roster at a Matarape, Central Sulawesi site.

 

Dept Head Operation & Processing

Job Description:

• Supervise mining operations to ensure safe, efficient and highly productive production activities.
• Oversee the use and operation of heavy equipment and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to the mining team to ensure achievement of operational objectives.
• Prepare periodic reports to Deputy Project Manager regarding target achievements.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering.
• Min 5 years of experience as a Departement Head/Coordinator in Nickel Mine Operations.
• POM certification (mandatory), POU is an advantage.
• Familiar with mining software such as Surpac.
• Willing to work on a roster schedule at Matarape, Central Sulawesi site.

 

Finance Staff

Job Description:

• Prepare and input company's financial transaction data at the site.
• Responsible for all payment processes at site.
• Responsible for preparing financial report and updating data to the Head Office.
• Coordinate with internal and external (vendor) related to company's financial activities.

Requirement:

• Female, min Diploma's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years experience as a Finance staff, preferably in mining industry.
• Experienced in managing company's financial transaction including payment process data at site.
• Willing to work on a roster schedule at Matarape, Central Sulawesi site.

 

Foreman Operation

Job Description:

• Ensure operational safety, identifying potential hazard and implementing preventive actions.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding operational progress and field-related issues.
• Ensure all pre and post active mining production activities runs smoothly.
• Evaluate operator performance to ensure operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Min. 2 years experience in nickel mining operations.
• Strong knowledge of mining heavy equipment.
• POP certified (mandatory), POM is a plus.
• Willing to work on a roster schedule at Matarape, Central Sulawesi site.
