We are currently looking for an experienced Crewing Superintendent to join our team in Balikpapan. If you are a dedicated professional in the maritime industry, we encourage you to apply.

CREWING SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the selection, hiring, and onboarding of crew members, ensuring all certifications and qualifications meet regulatory requirements.
• Design and manage crew retention programs, addressing concerns and maintaining high morale.
• Develop and oversee rotation plans to ensure optimal crew availability and maintain compliance with rest period regulations.
• Lead and supervise the crewing team, ensuring effective delegation of tasks and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication in English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position and in the same field.
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or a related field is preferred.
• Willing to be fully placed in Balikpapan.
• No rostering schedule (full placement).
