PT Ancara Logistics Indonesia Tbk is currently #hiring for a proactive and experienced Tax Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for professional candidates to be based in our Head Office.

Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Verify invoices and other documents for tax purposes.
• Prepare and Review tax compliances (monthly Art.21, Art.22, Art.23, Art.26, Art. 4(2), VAT, PBB if any), tax calculation, payment and reporting.
• Assist Tax Manager in preparing and reporting the CITR.
• Able to conduct and review Tax Equalization/Reconciliation, preparing the report and supporting data/documents.
• Assist Tax Manager in preparing all supporting data/documents for Correspondences with the Tax Office and Tax Dispute (Tax Audit, Objection, Appeal, etc).
• Assist Tax Manager in conducting research and analysis on the new Regulation, on tax cases, tax review, etc.
• Review and maintain a tidy, proper and complete Tax Filling system.
• Assist Tax Team in answering the tax cases or queries to other Departments/Divisions (Accounting, legal, custom, etc).
• Liaising and Interact with Tax Office/Tax Auditor person in charge, External Accounting Auditor, and Tax Consultant.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Fiscal/Tax/Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Tax Department/Company.
• Familiar and have handling Tax Dispute Cases.
• Good knowledge in handling and reviewing Monthly and Annual Tax Compliance.
• Experience in operating DGT software system (e.g. DJP Online, Coretax) and accounting software (e.g. Accurate, SAP).
• Able to work independently and under pressure, orientation to details, and good time management.
• Good analytical skills and excellent in conducting research (i.e. Tax Research).
• Good communication skill in verbal and written (especially in English Language).
• Preferably having Brevet Course/Training/Exam (i.e. Brevet A/B, C).
