Operation Manager

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Academy, Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years as Operation Manager in Marine Shipping Industry.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Detail oriented, well organized, energic and active person.
• Highly disciplined, able to work in a team, proactive in reporting and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Placed at Head Office - South Jakarta and willing to be assigned to other locations depending on business needs.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.

Job Description:

• Plan and ensure that all operational activities run smoothly.
• Monitor the progress of each shipment and minimize operational expenditures.
• Ensure fuel usage complies with the Company's Operational Standard.
• Ensure loading and unloading activities run smoothly and safely.
• Monitor the fleet's monthly allowances and premiums.
• Ensure cargo is properly handled from POL to POD.
• Liaise with the Classification Society regarding fleet certification.
• Coordinate with the related parties regarding cargo handling and calculation of them.
