Superintendent Community Relation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communication, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in community development or CSR, preferably in mining or energy sector.
• Proven experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring community development and social programs.
• Strong understanding of community engagement frameworks, participatory development, and social impact assessment.
• Knowledge of government regulations, social license to operate (SLO), and CSR standards.
• Skilled in facilitating community consultations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder mapping.

 

Supervisor Mine Survey

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Geodetic, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Has a POP & Surveyor Certificate.
• Proficiency in survey software (AutoCAD, Surpac, or similar).
• Proficiency in Mapping Equipment (Drone, Waterpass, Total Station, GPS Geodetic, RTK, or similar).
• Willing to work at a remote area in Gorontalo Site with a roster system (5:2).

 

Supervisor Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance (preventive/corrective), and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings (mechanical, P&ID).
• Proficiency in Sketchup, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Have technical certifications (Mechanical, POP/POM) is an advantage.

 

Junior Geologist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years work experiences in mining industry (greenfields/brownfield exploration).
• Skilled in geological mapping, alteration, and mineralization.
• Basic competency in drilling activities (core logging, sampling, QAQC).
• Experience operating ASD instruments and spectral data processing software (TSG, ENVI, etc).
• Capable of operating geological software (Micromine, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, QGIS, etc).

 

Foreman Operation

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mining operation/earthwork project.
• Proven experience in field operations, heavy equipment, and manpower related to earthwork (cut & fill, leveling, drainage, and road construction).
• POP Certification is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
