Assistant Production Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

Assistant Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting the supervisor in organizing production activities, managing personnel and equipment, ensuring safety compliance, conducting inspections, and supervising employees to maintain smooth operations. Enforced safety, environmental, and 7S standards, managed team performance, and supported monthly evaluations, adhering to all regulations and completing assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma (D3) in Chemical, Metallurgy, Engineering, or a related major.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or technical role, preferably in the chemical industry or metal processing plant.
• In-depth knowledge of Mandarin skills, including speaking, listening, writing, and reading.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in high-risk environments with a commitment to safety and health standards.
