We are currently seeking interest for experienced and highly qualified candidates to join our Team across Indonesian projects:

 

JUNIOR OFFICER HR

Work Area: Tembaga Pura, Papua

Some of your duties will include but not limited to:

• To provide comprehensive Human Resources support to the Operation Underground development team by coordinating workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, training compliance, site onboarding, and Human Resource (HR) administration (ie: timesheet, payroll, medical insurance, etc).
• To ensure that HR processes align with Company policies, Legal requirements, and Safety standards while supporting a positive workplace culture and operational productivity.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's degree (Human Resources preferred).
• 2-3 years previous experience in the Mining Industry and / or industry equivalent.
• Willing to work in remote area with roster schedule.
• Computer literate in Company standard packages (Excel, Word, Power Point, Business system, etc).
• Good literacy, data input, numeracy skills, and computing skills.
• Good English proficiency at reading, speaking, writing, and listening.
• Experience with remote workforce management, timesheet, and payroll.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication techniques.
• Trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
