WE ARE HIRING

Pani Gold Mine is a gold mining project in Gorontalo. We are looking for qualified candidates to join our team for the following positions:

 

Environmental System Officer (Code: ENV - ESO)

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage environmental permitting and administrative processes with relevant departments and contractors/sub contractors.
  • Analyze environmental quality parameters and conduct environmental inspections at operational sites.
  • Deliver environmental training and awareness programs to employees and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and the Safety Accountability Program (SAP).
  • Prepare and submit PROPER environmental reports accurately and on time.
  • Manage environmental documentation and maintain Geographic Information System (GIS) databases.
  • Actively contribute to the company's sustainability initiatives and support the overall performance of the Environmental Department.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of Diploma D3/D4 or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Forestry, or Geography.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the environmental field.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Environmental certifications (ISO 14001, AMDAL) are a strong advantage.
  • Experienced in PROPER and GMP ESDM.
  • Competent in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
  • Strong public speaking, able to work in a team and to lead a sub-section.
  • Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company.

 

Waste Management Officer (Code: ENV - WMO)

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure sampling activities are conducted on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Manage domestic waste accumulation and handling at the work site in a safe and sustainable manner.
  • Ensure proper analysis of domestic WWTP wastewater quality in compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs related to waste and environmental management.
  • Implement and support BMAL technical approvals, preparation of technical details for Hazardous Waste Temporary Storage, and contribute to RKL-RPL, AMDAL, PROPER, and other environmental compliance programs.
  • Actively contribute to the company's sustainability initiatives and support the overall performance of the Environmental Department.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of Diploma D3/D4 or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Biology, or Chemical.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the environmental field.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Environmental certifications (ISO 14001, AMDAL) are a strong advantage.
  • Experienced in composting initiatives as well as waste management and environmental awareness campaigns.
  • Strong public speaking, able to work in a team and to lead a sub-section.
  • Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company.

 

Reporting Officer (Code: CGR - RO)

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives.
  • Prepare, monitor, and ensure routine reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Manage and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data is complete, consistent, and validated.
  • Conduct data analysis and comparisons to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide strategic insights and improvement recommendations from each report, including follow-ups on incomplete or inconsistent data.
  • Present data through clear and insightful dashboards, charts, and tables.
  • Optimize reporting systems and tools to enhance report effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and communicate actively with relevant teams to ensure smooth reporting processes.
  • Manage and maintain reports in a structured manner, ensuring data confidentially and security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting.
  • Strong lobbying, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data accurately with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Preferably domiciled in Pohuwato Regency or Gorontalo Province and holding a valid local ID (KTP).
  • Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company.

 

Learning & Development Superintendent (Code: HR - LDS)

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives.
  • Plan, develop, and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Conduct training need analysis to identify skill gaps and opportunities for development.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and KPIs.
  • Support talent development and succession planning, providing coach/mentoring as needed.
  • Ensure all programs comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on latest Learning & Development trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role preferably in mining industry.
  • Strong knowledge of training design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Experience with e-learning, platform and LMS.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certified Training of Trainers Level 4, and able to create training materials (modules & presentations).
  • Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company.
