PT Supraco Indonesia is currently seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in geothermal and EPC projects in a similar role. We invite dedicated professionals to lead and manage our energy and infrastructure developments.

Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Structural, or Civil Engineering with a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in a comparable Project Manager role; or a Diploma (D3) with at least eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in geothermal projects, EPC projects, or other energy and infrastructure developments of comparable scale and complexity.
• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent credential is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling, resource and manpower allocation, cost control, and overall project coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with project management software such as MS Project and/or Primavera (preferred).
• Proven leadership capabilities with solid experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Highly responsive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight schedules and demanding timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Well-versed in project data recording, documentation control, administrative processes, and preparation of technical and progress reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks and develop practical, actionable mitigation solutions.
